Should you need to cancel your attendance, you may reassign your registration to another person. Notify margaret@conference.nz.
If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $200.00 (incl. GST) will be made providing notification is received by 1 August 2026. Registration cancellations received after this date will be at the discretion of the conference organisers and will be processed after the conference.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded.
Accommodation cancellations may incur a fee, this is charged at the Hotels' discretion. Cancellations or amendments within 30 days of the intended arrival date may incur charges for all nights' reserved. We strongly suggest you take your own travel and relevant insurance.
The conference will adhere to NZ Government guidance on COVID-19.
Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed.
Sustainable Brands Aotearoa, Conference Innovators and Christchurch Town Hall reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
All details are correct at the time of publication. Sustainable Brands Aotearoa and Conference Innovators reserve the right to change the programme and social functions at any time without notice.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation, and personal possessions. Neither Sustainable Brands Aotearoa, Conference Innovators nor Christchurch Town Hall covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.
Sustainable Brands Aotearoa, Conference Innovators and Christchurch Town Hall will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates during the conference. Sustainable Brands Aotearoa, Conference Innovators and Christchurch Town Hall take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date or prior to conference (24 August), whichever is first. Unpaid registrations by conference date may be cancelled.
While attending the conference you may be photographed. By registering for the conference, you agree to these photographs being used for promotional purposes.
